By accessing our website or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Return Policy. These terms govern all online orders, offline B2B contracts, and custom seva requests.
2. Handcrafted Artisan Products Disclaimer
Each poshak, mukut, and piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted by traditional Braj artisans. Because of the handloom embroidery, stone-setting, and zardozi processes, slight nuances in thread alignment or gemstone hues are inherent characteristics of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.
3. Pricing, Taxes & GST Compliance
All prices displayed on the storefront include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) under Indian statutory law (5% for apparel below ₹1,000, 12% above ₹1,000, and 3% for jewellery). A tax invoice containing our registered GSTIN will be provided with every dispatched shipment.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
