1. 7-Day Exchange & Return Window

We want your beloved Thakorji to look magnificent. If you received an item with a size mismatch, transit defect, or incorrect piece, you may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel.

2. Deity Sanctity & Eligibility Guidelines

Out of respect for deity sanctity (Bhav Shuddhi), returned garments and jewelry must adhere to our seva guidelines:

• The article must be unwashed, unused, and free from perfume, attar, chandan, or incense smoke.
• Original tags, velvet pouches, and jewelry casing must be intact.
• Custom-tailored poshaks made for non-standard deity dimensions are eligible for alterations but non-refundable.

3. Reverse Pickup & Refunds

We arrange doorstep reverse pickup across eligible PIN codes. Once inspected at our Mathura atelier:

• Size Exchanges: Replacement item dispatched within 48 hours free of extra shipping charges.
• Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to original source (UPI/Card/NetBanking) within 3-5 business days.
• COD Orders: Transferred via instant UPI or store credit wallet voucher.
